Hear from Club Chairman Eamonn McManus who has reassured the Saints fans following the COVID-19 outbreak and current rugby league suspension.
McManus reveals the current state of affairs following the suspension of the game insisting the club is in a “very strong position financially” despite the difficult times.
Although facing challenges and with the hospitality and conference part of the club also naturally suffering given the Government advice, he is confident the club can come through the other side.
He reassures fans that, despite the delay and possible extended suspension, the Club and the sport is on top of the problem and are doing everything they can.
The Chairman has also thanked the fans for the touching support the Club has received in recent weeks and admits that these troubling times emphasise the strong community of St.Helens whilst he admits everyone at the Club will do their upmost to help bring the trophies home again come the end of the season.
