Captain James Roby says the body is feeling great and everyone has a bounce in their step and a smile on their face as the squad returned to full-time training at a new-look Totally Wicked Stadium on Monday.
Roby admits he enjoyed the time at home to recouporate and is raring to go ahead of the Betfred Super League restart on August 2nd.
The captain was delighted with the set-up as the gym and equipment was moved from our usual Cowley Training Centre down to the Stadium to ensure a safer and more spacious environment for him and the players.
He also revealed skills are looking sharp and the players look in good shape whilst there was also some words on new signing and an old friend, James Graham in the full interview which is available for Saints TV subscribers.
