Next week sees Saints face Wigan in the derby at the AJ Bell Stadium in Round 14 of the Betfred Super League and on this #ThrowbackThursday we look back at a classic between the two sides on Saints TV?
This week’s ‘classic’ is a memorable clash from the 2000 season. Heading into the game, Saints were looking for our first ‘league double’ over Wigan for 20 years.
The Warriors however were unbeaten at home in that season and led 16-0. Would we have enough to claw such a margin back?
