Tommy Makinson was delighted to make his return to the Saints team on Friday against Wakefield and insists despite the scratchy performance, two points is all that matters.
Makinson made his first appearance for five matches after serving a suspension and spoke to Saints TV after the win to reflect on a tough evening.
The winger insisted although Saints weren’t at our best, securing the two points was the most important factor, but does admit Saints must bring their ‘A game’ against Trinity next week.
