Kristian Woolf says Wakefield will head into Thursday’s return clash with “a lot of confidence” admitting the Saints must “learn our lessons” and “get our mindset and preparations right”.
Saints host Wakefield for the second time in six days this coming Thursday at the Halliwell Jones Stadium (7.45pm) and despite picking up the two points last week, the Saints were below par, something which Woolf is keen to address this time around.
The boss also paid tribute to our captain James Roby after his 60 tackles and key line-break was the difference in Friday’s victory over Trinity.
And ahead of the rematch clash on Thursday, Woolf reveals either Lewis Dodd or Aaron Smith will this week get a shot off the bench as he continues to rotate that no.14 spot.
