The Saints trained on the famous Wembley turf this afternoon as we ran through final preparations ahead of the Challenge Cup Final tomorrow and after the session we caught up with Morgan Knowles.
Knowles admitted he feels the Saints are much calmer going into tomorrow’s Final in comparison to that of 2019 whilst he also reflected on a “tough”, “short”, “sharp” and “intense” Captain’s Run session on the Wembley turf earlier today.
Hear from him above.
