Joel Thompson says his experience of playing in front of the Saints fans in the derby was “special” and admits he will never forget it before looking ahead to the clash with Leigh Centurions on Thursday.
Thompson was blown away by the Saints travelling support who were in fine voice during our win over Wigan last week and he says it beats any NRL atmosphere he has experienced.
