Our captain James Roby is heading into his 19th and final pre-season with the club and we caught up with Robes for a catch up on his return.
James caught up with Saints TV to talk about his break and his feelings heading into what will likely be his final pre-season with his hometown club.
He joined up with the majority of the Saints squad on Wednesday for his first session back and afterwards our captain discussed how impressed he was with the fitness levels of the squad on their return and how happy everyone seemed to be back, with him expecting the intensity to ramp up over the coming weeks.
