Head Coach Kristian Woolf was in good spirits on his 47th Birthday this afternoon, as he previewed Saturday’s Magic Weekend derby clash against Wigan Warriors at Newcastle’s St James’ Park.
The boss revealed yesterday that Tommy Makinson will miss the derby due to injury and there was also some positive news on Will Hopoate, Konrad Hurrell and Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook.

He also reflected on the loss to Catalans before revealing what he expects to see from Wigan at Magic Weekend.
There was also some reflection on the news that Regan Grace will leave the Club at the end of the current season.
