Following a tough win on a wet night in Huddersfield, head coach Paul Wellens spoke to the press about the game following his side’s second successive win in the Super League to leapfrog the Giants in 5th place.
With Sione Mata’utia picking up a head knock in the first few minutes of the game, Matty Lees stepped up in the middle. Playing 80 minutes and making 68 tackles, he was singled out for putting in a stand-out performance.
