Women’s head coach Matty Smith spoke to us following our victory in the opening round of fixtures in the Women’s Challenge Cup. After a disappointing start to the Super League season for our Saints Women, a big win in the Captial was just what was needed, but Matty knows there is still work to do to get us playing to our full potential.
An additional two debuts were handed out in the game too, with Meg Williams and Luci McColm getting their first games for the women’s side.
