We caught up with St Helens Women Head Coach, Matty Smith, who offered his thoughts on last weekend’s Quarter Finals, facing York in the Semi Finals, and the Nines Finals Day on Sunday!
Smith was full of praise for his side following last weekend’s progression to the last four of the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup, and looked ahead to a tough tie against League Leaders, York Valkyrie on the 22nd of July at Warrington’s Halliwell Jones Stadium.
The boss also looked ahead to this weekend’s upcoming Nines Finals Day at the home of Salford Red Devils, Salford Stadium. He also looked beyond the upcoming weeks, as we face tests against Huddersfield Giants and Warrington Wolves.
