Following our narrow home loss to the Catalans Dragons, head coach Paul Wellens spoke to the press about what was a frustrating game, but a game in which he wasn’t frustrated with our effort.
He said to the players that yes, we should be disappointed, as we’ve lost the game, but to keep their heads up, as there was a lot out there that we should be proud of.
Both James Roby and Mark Percival failed head injury assessments, and will therefore be unavailable for next week’s Challenge Cup Semi-Final against the Leigh Leopards, but we are hopeful that Joe Batchelor, Tommy Makinson, and Curtis Sironen could be back for the game.
