It was a gruelling final training session in 2023 for the St.Helens First Team, taking place at an incredibly windy and rainy Formby Beach.
The Saints were put through a whole host of physical challenges, pushing them to their limits but striving to come through it all as a team.
To finish, every First Team player and member of our coaching staff linked arm-in-arm and calmly as a group approached the edge of the unforgiving and freezing cold Irish Sea.
