In his first interview since joining St.Helens, Waqa Blake speaks to Saints TV about his excitement to be part of the Red V!
The 6-foot-3 centre landed in the UK on Friday morning and wasted no time in getting to work and reporting in for training!
Blake talks about wanting to stake his claim for a starting shirt in the Saints’ opening league game of the season, but knows he has tough competition with the likes of Konrad Hurrell, Ben Davies and Mark Percival also challenging for the centre spots.
Moving to a new country is always tough, but Blake talks about how the other overseas players such as Sione Mata’utia & Moses Mbye have been helping him get settled in.
