Hear from club captain Jonny Lomax as we look ahead to our upcoming Good Friday Rivals Round fixture against the Wigan Warriors.
Good Friday is always one of the most anticipated fixtures of the year and Jonny said being brought up on the rivalry it’s a huge honour to take to the field in these games.
He went on to talk about the two wins against the Rhinos in the past two weeks, and said that while we have improvement areas and things we want to just continue to do, we also don’t want to overthink things, and just be the best representation of ourselves.
On the fans, Jonny said he believes they dont funny understand the inspiration the players get from them when they’re loud and proud. That feeling, he said, is almost indescribable, and he said we want that connection between the players and the fans, going on to say “we all have our part to play”.
