Hear from Mark Percival following our Round 14 which saw him play nearly the full game on the wing against the Broncos.
With what could have been a difficult game in prospect against a side with nothing to lose, Mark praised the attitude of the team with London “doing it tough” at the bottom of the league, but he said he thought we came with the right attitude and it was nice to put a few points on.
With Tommy Makinson leaving the field injured in the first set of the game, Mark had to fill in on the wing for practically the full 80-minutes, and said that he’ll try to play anywhere he can if needed, and he was just happy he didn’t have many high balls to deal with.
Mark also paid credit to the travelling support, with over 1.100 fans in attendance at Twickenham Stoop, and on father’s day on a Sunday, he said that the atmosphere they created was unbelievable. Given all the sacrifices people make to support us, he said we can’t thank them enough.
