Take a closer look at the final training session before the Saints host Castleford Tigers!
The Saints held their first Captain’s Run session back at the Totally Wicked Stadium since May due to the work on our pitch finally finishing.
Immediately following St.Helens’ victory over Catalans Dragons in Round 13 of Betfred Super League the pitch project began. Since the opening of our stadium in October 2011, the pitch has undergone many reconstructions and maintenance jobs but none to scale over the last month to ensure that our home surface becomes a high-performance, Premier League standard surface ahead of Liverpool FC Women playing their fixtures at our home stadium too.
