Following a win last week against Huddersfield, we went into the game knowing we still needed to improve, but coming off the back of a win, we were in a better place as a group, boosted by the potential return of Jack Welsby.
Warrington however would come into the game stinging off a loss to the Leigh Leopards and would be looking to put down a marker as we headed into the final few games of the season.
With a number of players still to return from injury, we knew we’d have to be at our best on the day.
