Following what was a tough game, we caught up with Jodie Cunningham on the pitch after the game!
She said that the game was tough, and not everything went our way, praising Wigan for throwing everything at us. She said that we really dug in and gave it all when it mattered and we have a final to prepare for now at our home ground.
Jodie payed credit to the work the squad put in over preseason and the focus we put on defence, and said that the attack is now starting to come good, and if we put it all together against York it’ll make us very difficult to beat.
With the final set to be played at our home ground, Jodie has said asked as many fans as possible to come and get behind the girls. she said that our fans are the best in the world, and your support really does make all the difference.
