Ahead of the 2025 season, Moses Mbye was amongst the first players back in for preseason, just his second one on English soil, and he spoke to us about how it’s been going as we headed into week four.
Given the challenge that preseason always is for all the players, we got the details on how the squad has been put through their paces so far, his thoughts on the process, and what’s been his hardest session so far.
With the additions of Eamon O’Carroll [Freddy] and Lee Briers to the staff this season, Moses spoke about the differences they can bring to our defence and attack, and how he’s been getting on working with them. Lee will be taking charge of the attack for 2025, and as a half-back himself in his playing days, Moses believes he can have a big impact on his play in 2025.
Lewis Murphy, Tristan Sailor, and Kyle Feldt have all now joined up with the squad ahead of the coming season, and Moses believes all three of them can have a big impact on our play next season, adding pace and flair to our back line.
Moses knows how important this season will be for us with a period of transition well underway, and but his goals for the season remain what they always have been, to play consistently, and give his best every game, and with that, hopefully silverware will follow.
Finally, he finished with a message for the fans, letting you know how important you will be for us next season, and how excited he is to welcome you all back to the Totally Wicked Stadium for 2025!
