With our 2025 Preseason well into it’s fourth week, we took a closer look at one of our contact field sessions in cold conditions at Ruskin Drive.
Lee Briers and Eamon O’Carroll have well and truly got to grips with the team now, and they were put through their paces implementing some of the new instruction at high speeds.
Getting into jerseys, onto a full sized pitch, and with referees in attendance, we were looking to get back into that game feel as we look to hit the ground running in 2025!
Not only a field session though, the whole squad are still being put through their paces when in comes to cardio, with some intense runs leaving the squad gasping headed into nearly every attack and defence drill.
