After two big results in recent weeks we went into the game full of confidence and looking to build on our good start to the season with a win in what would be our toughest test so far this season.
Wakefield have followed up their impressive championship form that saw them promoted to Super League with a good start to the season so far, with a win over highly favoured Leeds, and a narrow loss at the hands of last season’s Grand Finalists Hull KR.
A win would see us remain at the top of the early year standings, and work wonders for our confidence headed into an early period of difficult fixtures.
