Our back-to-back Young Player of the Year has started the 2025 season strongly, playing in every match of the year so far. Discussing his own personal performances and the team’s aim to keep improving and earning positive results, George is revelling in his role either starting or coming off the bench.
Still developing and learning as a prop with his best years ahead of him, Delaney continues to learn from the likes of Matty Lees, Morgan Knowles and Alex Walmsley, all who are there to lend a hand in any advice he may seek.
With this also being the first of three meetings with Warrington in the next six weeks, George is excited and ready for tough and physical battles in all three meetings.
