St.Helens centre Mark Percival speaks to Saints TV following our 32-18 loss to Warrington Wolves.
The Red V #4 had a stormer of a game, particularly in the first half scoring twice and setting up another. However, after the game Mark was left feeling bitterly disappointed, even admitting the team at present are not performing as they themselves know they can.
Crediting and applauding the coaching staff, Percival stated that he and his peers are being given what they need to go out and be at their best, but just aren’t at present. He then insisted that collectively as a group, the team will be striving and fighting for answers to kick on and improve what 2025 will be for the Saints.
A little shocked at the supporters still continuing to sing after the game, Mark urged fans to continue being loud and supportive of the team’s efforts.
With a Magic Weekend clash to look forward to next time out as well, Percival shared his and the team’s determination to respond to a tough trilogy of losses to Warrington.
