As we look ahead to our clash with Hull FC on Saturday, we caught up with Agnatius Paasi as we look to extend our recent winning run, and climb our way back up the league table.
Giving a little insight to our preparation through the season, Iggy said that we were looking at this month period as a block of four games, and the aim was to win all four as we look to improve towards the back end of the season.
On the three wins already in this block, Iggy is happy that we’ve managed to find some consistency, but is well aware that the level of competition can and will go up a gear. However, Iggy also said that we can only play what’s in front of us, and hopes we can take that consistency and confidence into Hull.
Coming off the bench so far this season with Noah Stephens and George Delaney, Iggy is happy with his role in the team and thinks their playing styles compliment each other as they attempt to bring energy off the bench and help the team.
With Hull FC still looking for their first home win this season, Iggy went on to say that we don’t want to be the team that gives them that win, and we need to go out there and put our best foot forward to come away with the two points.
