With his role managing our defensive game plans, O’Carroll offers incredible insight and his philosophy of how he wants our team to defend.
Eamon also discusses how exciting it is to go into work every day and getting to work with the squad, especially our young emerging stars who are knocking the Coaches’ door down, continually looking to imrpove.
