Go behind the scenes of our first competitive game of the season as we travelled to Cumbria to take on Workington Town!
Following on from Matty Lees Testimonial, we went into the game with as full strength a side as we could as we looked to build into the first game of the League season away at Warrington!
Workington came into the game off the back of a win over Blackbrook, and welcomed us to their stadium with open arms. The game would also be competitive debuts for some of our new signings, with Nene Macdonald, Jackson Hastings, David Klemmer, and Joe Shorrocks all getting their heritage numbers.
