Kyle Feldt is ready to build on a positive return as attention shifts back to league action, with Saints travelling to face Hull FC in Round 8 of the Betfred Super League.
The outside back reflected on his comeback appearance in last week’s Challenge Cup Quarter Final victory over Catalans Dragons, expressing his delight at being back out on the field and contributing to a strong team performance.
With the win securing a place in the semi-finals, Feldt acknowledged the confidence it has given the group, but stressed the importance of quickly turning focus back to the demands of the league.
Looking ahead to Thursday’s clash with the black and whites, Feldt highlighted that he expects the physical battle to be key against a big Hull FC pack. He emphasised the need for consistency and maintaining standards as Saints look to build momentum in the competition.
He also touched on the excitement surrounding the upcoming Challenge Cup semi-final against Wigan, noting that while it’s something the group is eager for, the priority remains on taking each game as it comes and delivering strong performances week in, week out.
