After securing a stunning away-day win over Wakefield Trinity, St. Helens backed it up with an impressive first half against Castleford to go 30-0 up before losing a man to a red card. A dogged second-half display ensured we got the important two league points.
Leeds came to St Helens top of the table on points difference, which was boosted thanks to Brad Arthur’s men running riot in York in Round 24, winning 66-16.
The Saints and the Rhinos have met just once before in the 2026 season, back in early June the Headingley side overturned an 8-16 half-time deficit to win 24-16.
