It was knockout rugby league in West Yorkshire, with the winning side progressing into the final eight of rugby league’s oldest competition.
Striking early, the Saints secured some control of the game at the start, but the hosts made sure it was a tough night in Tiger Town.
Paul Rowley welcomed back Jake Wingfield and Mark Percival from injury, but lost both hookers Daryl Clark and Jake Burns, as well as Curtis Sironen. However, our S-Men got the job done in resilient fashion.
