Back in the 21-man squad and potentially making his return after six weeks out, the Saints captain Jonny Lomax talks about his hand fracture injury, and how he has not enjoyed being on the sidelines.
Picked up in the win over Leeds Rhinos back in May, Lomax has been stood down from playing for six weeks but with the way the calendar has fallen he has only missed three matches but even that was a difficult pill to swallow for our skipper. However he reaffirms that the mood in the camp, despite a number of longer term injuries, is positive and that the team have been doing well, with young lads looking to step up.
A big month lies ahead for the Saints with trips to some of our nearby neighbours, but Friday night we return to the Totally Wicked Stadium and the new pitch has got Jonny excited to play if selected.
