We caught up with Leah Burke ahead of this evening’s clash against York Valkyrie at the Totally Wicked Stadium!
Leah could make her return after missing the last seven weeks after suffering a hand injury whilst on Origin duty for England last month.
Saints’ #5 talks the importance of the game this evening, having a double header with our Academy and looks ahead to a busy week of games for the Saints, as we also face Barrow Raiders in Cumbria on Sunday.
Tonight’s game is being streamed live on The Sportsman’s YouTube channel, which you can find here. Coverage will get underway from 7:15pm.
Tickets for the game this evening are available online here. You can also purchase on the gate, with tickets costing £5 for adults, £3 for juniors and £2 for concessions (card only). As with all of our 2024 home games at the Totally Wicked Stadium, entry is free for 2024 Members who want to come along and get behind the girls.
Our Women’s Academy also play as a curtain raiser to the main game, in what is our first ever all women’s double header at the Totally Wicked Stadium!
