Matty Smith previews hosting the Rhinos

Tue 21 May 24

Head Coach of St.Helens Women looks ahead to his side taking on fellow 2024 Women’s Challenge Cup Finalists – the Leeds Rhinos at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Friday evening.

It is the first game of a Double Header at the Totally Wicked Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 5:30pm in the Round 4 Women’s Super League clash.

Both sides come into the game on the back of semi-final wins to book their spots at Wembley, and with the Saints just under three weeks away from taking on Leeds on the big stage, Smith talks about this league game being just as important.

Smith also reflects on the Semi-Final win and looks at the threats that Leeds have in their ranks, especially with their young players who are developing strongly.
