With the Saints and the Valks set to meet twice in two weeks, and York just ahead of the Red V on points difference, Rounds 4 & 5 of the Super Four could prove important in the top-three race. The team finishing top spot earns a home Grand Final, whilst second faces third in a Semi-Final to set up the finale.
Heading into this match, it would double as the final home match for some Saints too, with captain Jodie Cunningham, Emily Rudge and Zoe Harris all set to retire following the 2026 season.
St.Helens Women won the previous meeting between the two sides back in May, 14-18 at the LNER Community Stadium.
