The Rhinos rested a few players with slight injury concerns, whilst Matty Smith named a largely similar side that beat York Valkyrie in the previous weekend. Leeds also had yet to lose a match in 2024, so were full of confidence whilst the Red V wanted to make their mark in the league ladder.
